We are very excited to welcome Jill Frappier to Anime Toronto 2023!
Chances are, growing up in Canada, you’ve heard her in many wonderful series, giving voice to such memorable characters as Mrs. Prysselius in Pippi Longstocking, Miss Finch in Birdz, Mrs. Periwinkle in Franklin, Keroppi in Keroppi and Friends and of course Luna in the original Sailor Moon English dub!

Jill has also been featured in television series such as Hudson and Rex (Aunt Miranda), Schitt’s Creek, Kim’s Convenience, Three Pines and Mary Kills People.
Movie wise, perhaps you’ve see her in Bob and Doug Mackenzie: Strange Brews, Anne of Green Gables: The Continuing Story, Polar, with many, many more appearances in television and animation as well.

She will be joining Toby Proctor on Saturday for a Sailor Moon Celebration panel!
