Noriko Shitaya as Honorary Guest at IFF Toronto 2019

IFF Toronto is excited to announce that Noriko Shitaya will be joining as one of the honorary Japanese voice acting guest!

Born in Chiba, Japan, Noriko Shitaya is a renowned voice actress and narrator most well known for her roles as Sakura Matou (Fate Series), Moegi (Naruto) and more! She is very excited to meet her fans at Toronto next spring!
